From Fresno (via CA-99 South)
Take CA-99 South toward Visalia for approximately 45 miles. Exit onto CA-198 West/East toward Visalia. Continue on CA-198 and take the Lovers Lane exit. Head south on Lovers Lane, then turn left onto Noble Avenue. Our facility is located at 1557 E Noble Ave on the right side. Total drive time is approximately 50 minutes.
From Bakersfield (via CA-99 North)
Take CA-99 North toward Visalia for approximately 75 miles. Exit onto CA-198 East toward Visalia. Follow CA-198 and take the Lovers Lane exit. Head south on Lovers Lane, then turn left onto Noble Avenue. Our campus is at 1557 E Noble Ave. Total drive time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
From Sequoia National Park (via CA-198 West)
Head west on CA-198 from the park entrance toward Visalia, approximately 35 miles. As you enter Visalia, take the Lovers Lane exit, head south, and turn left onto Noble Avenue. ELY Rehab is located at 1557 E Noble Ave. Total drive time is approximately 45 minutes.
